Placed in Sarteano (in the district of Siena), in a residential and exclusive zone, my villa is a construction built in 1978 and totally restored in the year 2001.
The place where my villa is set up is one of the most interesting of Tuscany, between the val d'Orcia and the Valdichiana.
This territory where ancient boroughs and typical town come up like Montepulciano,S.Casciano de Bagni and Pienza. You need a time to succeed discovering all the secrets of this Tuscany's corner.
But time is never enough to succeed enjoying every features too.
You too will yield to the enchant of our medieval boroughs and our towns; you will be delighted by the wild landscape of the "crete" and the thermal springs.
In this intersect of colours and panoramas the melancholyof the umbrian's landscapes and the sweetness of the Tuscan environment are mixed together. Because this is a border land, where every town is history and legend at the same time, where an unspoiled, wild nature invites and allures.
Sarteano is placed in this enchanted corner of Tuscany and it does not betray your expectation. In the town there is a large park with spring-water and a camping area (one of the best equipped in Europe). Furthermore it is near Siena, Chianciano Terme, Chiusi...
So isn't it fantastic? Is not exciting to be plunged in a such suggestive place? And above all, is not fascinating to dwell in this villa 340 sqm big with a wide garden and many oak trees?
